2025 was wild! We shipped over 5k shirts across the US, and you made this happen by sharing our shirts, our brand, and our culture. I wanted to do a year end review of my thoughts and what we did that worked this year and what didn’t. The highs and the lows and the hardships of running this t-shirt brand as a one-woman (sometimes two) show. It hasn’t been easy but I got it done so here is She Geeeche’s year end review and what to expect for 2026.
First, let’s start with what we did this year. We tried the option of having drops monthly, where we brought in some old shirts and introduced some new ones. That was tiring, and I did it because I wanted people to have a variety of shirts and not walk around wearing the same shirts…I tried to make it a one-of-a-kind thing, but that was tiring, and I realized that it was more work on me to switch out the shirts, so we aren’t doing that in 2026. I will only do one new shirt a month and then take off one that isn’t selling well or isn’t viewed as much. So more shirts will be on our website in 2026.
Speaking of the website, we will do some slight changes here to make your experience a bit better so look for that in the new year.
Our newsletter is where it’s at. If you aren’t on there, here is the link.
Our newsletter will remain the same as we come out with one or two quick emails weekly to remind you of the freebie of the month, share a new blog post, and just share what’s going on with She Geechee. The purpose of the newsletter is to give those who sign up something a little extra to thank them for having us in their inboxes weekly. Signing up is the only way to get discounts on our merch and be able to get more than what’s offered on the website. (more styles, colors, and items)
Our signature series The Gullah Porch will continue to be on every Friday on the site. It’s my way of keeping some fun on this website that allows me to share other small businesses and share some black folk news that you may not have heard about. I will also do my best to share at least two more blog posts a month that is related to the culture more.
Social media I’m over it, but it’s ther,e so we will use it, but the best way to keep up with us is via that newsletter link. That way you don’t miss anything. We don’t do a lot of videos because I simply don’t have time. I work a full-time day job, and I have another lucrative side hustl,e so I’m limited. If my ship comes in (an old saying), I’ll hire someone to work on video content for me. I tried the UGC route but got burned about 4 times, and we aren’t doing that anymore. So for now we will update when we can and no we are not on TikTok shop. Again, if I come into some money, I can get someone to run that for me.
two biggest shirts of the year were
Ew, People

Ripping and Running shirt

Shipping will still be free we will try to keep things priced as they are now.
We want you to be a part of our culture so if you want to be interviewed to be on our website let me know we would love to have you on here. Email me at info@shegeechee.com to find out more about that.
Other than that it has been a great year for our small business. We aren’t huge but we do what we can with what we have. I hope to bring more food content on here in the new year, more history, and more info about our culture as I aim to try and keep it going.
Any questions or concerns you have, please always contact me via our contact page or the email above and I will get back to you. Also, this brand is trademarked along with some of our shirts….as always, don’t play with this Chucktown gal.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all!
