Atlanta has there Lemon pepper wings. Charleston has Honey Mustard Wings. It’s a staple where I’m from so here is my recipe to make it. You can do what you want and add what you need, but make sure you don’t forget the honey or the mustard.

A pound of chicken
1 tbsp of olive oil
1/4 tsp of pepper
1/ tsp salt
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp of ghee
2 tbsp of honey
2 tbsp of dijon mustard
While wings are cooking in whatever method you use
Saute garlic in ghee for 2 minutes, add in mustard and hone,y let it cook for 4 min until the sauce is thick.
Once the chicken is done, pour the sauce over to coat.
Wings are expensive these days so make them at home as much as you can. I may need to buy myself a deep fryer because I like my wings fried. How do you like your honey mustard wings? Are you drums or flat?
